Primary Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (“Primary Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Application General (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are planning to apply to U.S. medical school during the upcoming application cycle. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 7, 2026 and ends on May 23, 2026. Entries are only valid for the specific webinar session for which the participant registers and attends.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must:
Limit one entry per person.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) winner will be selected at random after each webinar session from eligible participants who completed all entry requirements. A total of four (4) winners will be selected across all sessions. Winners will be annouced via email broadcast with first name and last initial of both the entrant and their referral.
6. Prize
Each winner will receive one (1) Primary Application Core Package from Application General for themselves and one (1) for their referred friend. Approximate retail value: $1,800 total. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours following the applicable webinar session. If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Testimonial Requirement
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to provide a written testimonial describing their experience with Application General’s services within a reasonable timeframe after service completion. The winner grants Sponsor permission to use, reproduce, and display this testimonial, along with the winner’s first name and last initial, for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Application General and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices and for communication related to the Sweepstakes and services offered.
12. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
